Default Try Vitamin B1

I have taken testosterone from 1stphorm and while I think it did help the thing that made the biggest difference for me was Vitamin B1 + Magnesium(helps absorption of B1). If you search Thiamine deficiency and a lot of the symptoms associated with it, lack of energy is one of those. I'll put a couple of links below if you are interested. Coffee and alcohol are are one the big causes of lack of B1 in our system and B1 is essential for energy production. I noticed an immediate difference in energy taking 100mg, but make sure you do some research as there is a possibility of a negative reaction of high doses of B1 if your system has been deficient for a while.
