YMMV: If you have a diverse resume with good flight times, there is a good chance you are not whom they are looking for. When recently interviewing, it became clear rather quickly that they were too nervous that I might end up elsewhere, despite being as forthcoming as possible about my intentions to remain at FlexJet for a very, very long time.
