New WO regional pay
Alright so I’m sure everyone has heard the new American wholly owned regional contracts. CKA on E145s making $400+/hr, first year FO pay $90. This will definitely keep pilots in the WOs until their flow date. Could be a catalyst for a new contract? Thoughts?
