The most disconcerting thing is the street hire FOs on the 737. The money is a negotiation. We got what we did based on the 737 ask. We could demand more but what will we give to get it? Junior assignment mandatory? Something has to give to get. The problem is the timing. It could take another 9 months to a year. If you do the math it’ll take years to earn back what was lost by not accepting the offer and waiting for more.
