It is interesting to see FedEx is now actively recruiting on Indeed and other online platforms, Lots of guys here in their 20's coming from 135, 91 world, all good people, even 23 year old female in 76 class!
So 4 out of 30 plus. We find the Alaskans often bring great experience. Med evac normally means twin turbine or Jet time.

The “Intro to Boeing” class does a great job of introducing folks to our side of the house and has produced good results.

With Cat II/III TRAINING, difference training, upset training, LOFTS etc the sims are simply required. I can’t imagine anyone doing this level of training in 5 periods.
