Get as many pilot in one room, that all look the same, so you can do your dance and give your resume to some HR or Line pilot. Its not worth the money you have to pay just to attend. With the new way of Apps and CV/Online going throught the Internet to apply for a job. Its alot easier these days and faster to apply. Try your luck and experience a jobfair. You will do it once and say you did. Do your networking and meet as many people through your travels, take business card and stay in touch with these people. Stay positve and keep your flying job. You are 100% more likely to find a flying job without having to pay for a jobfair. good luck
