Phoenix is only international. Doesn’t necessarily mean you’re only flying internationally, just means for that base all pilots need to be Int qualified. Also, international doesn’t necessarily mean you’re flying to other countries because Mexico and Canada is considered domestic and Hawaii is considered international.
