I hear you, but have to ask, as a 15yr NB FO, does RR not affect you? I flew last year with the number 1 FO in SLC who is a 30 NB FO and they rerouted her off a cushy trip to a sh!tshow trip. I think we absolutely need to have some reroute fixes.
Also, if pay is important, you can always upgrade with some decent seniority. That is the greatest thing about this job. There is literally something from everybody.
