Good point. You can be the next dialer all day long, but if crew scheduling doesn't answer the phone, you'll never be a caller.
Actually lately every time I had to make that call someone answered pretty quickly, I guess they hired a bunch…..problem is they must have hired them and immediately thrown them in front of a phone and said “just answer this when it rings.” None of them know what to do, one I was getting a hotel situation sorted out and she had no idea who API was when i mentioned it.
