What do the speculated numbers mean?

18/5/5/5 for example.

I assume the 5/5/5 part is a 5% for 2020…21 and 22. So is that compounded? If not, then it’s just 5% on all money made from 20 to 22, right?

18…total raise in 23? Compounded?
