I share the same concerns you do. Any rep, if being truthful, should admit that sections have been TA’d which include concessionary language. This is very troubling and not a path towards ratification. I have shared that but ultimately all I have is my vote.
I conceded 2-4 extra hours of unpaid work (amongst other things) for 2+ years. I'll not vote yes on anything that concedes one damn thing. At this point, it's a FDX debt - not a contract.
Additionally, anything less than 100% full retro pay is an iron-clad NO. We gave them a longer than normal contract, leaving no excuse for the delays.
