Warning: Dated info. I applied through a recruiter assigned to pitch Atlas to the pilots at an airline that was shutting their doors...that fast-tracked things for me. When I was interviewed a couple years ago they were still adjusting to the fact that they'd gone from being unable to fill classes to having a glut of applicants within about 45 days (COVID). That being said, aviation interviews was a great resource and set me up well for the technical and HR portions. Both were "gentlemanly", to say the least. I understand the technical portion has gotten a little more demanding after the new contract, but aviation interviews is still a good resource for "type of question" prep.
