Violation of sterile is not an automatic exclusion is my main point. If a violation of sterile occurred in this event, if the violation of sterile was a one off comment that led to distraction and SA, crew should be fine. If it’s sustained talking about sports, contract, whatever it’s going to be hard to defend. And if there was sustained talking, you damn well know a question in their interviews will be about sterile. Crews can’t lie as that will lead to exclusion as well.
