Nothing is “given”. You have to be willing to fight. I don’t know about you, but “I’d rather die on my feet than live on my knees.” Enough is enough. They either make us equal to our peers or operate with the consequences. I understand that door swings both ways, I’m willing to live with the consequences of my vote and wait for something industry leading. B6 ALPA s double speak, unwillingness to continue to fight for stated goals and all around attitude is horrible. It’s not my job to worry if they can staff the airline, fill classes or retain people. What was that quote? “They pay market rate for Aircraft, MX and fuel. It’s time they pay market rate for pilots.” Something like that. Point is PS is the market rate.
