Why do you think you would qualify for EB2-NIW? You are applying to be a line line pilot, and the pilot shortage has definitely not reached the point that Legacies are even contemplating EB3. Read this article , and got to the USCIS website . Maybe airlines will start sponsoring at some point. Until then Green card lottery or I-129F is your best shot....
