4.5 percent deferred accrued interest if you leave in 2 years, 364 days. Interest forgiven if you stay the full 3. No proration if you don’t. If you sign that contract, you owe it ALL back if you bolt. Doesn’t hit your taxes until the end of the 3rd year.
