That will never happen.

1. They don't fly nearly enough to justify it. The minimum guarantee is what it is because it's the high end of what you can reasonably expect to fly in a bid period.
2. The ABX guarantee was adjusted to 65 in the last contract to bring the ABX and ATI pay scales to parity at 780 hours per year. ATI pays 60 x 13, and ABX 65 x 12. The hourly rates are the same between the two. This was intentional on the part of ATSG.

You can argue for a higher rate, which is what they're doing currently in negotiations, and it's also precisely where negotiations have hung up.
