The deal is done exactly as I posted that it would happen. Delta got some contract improvements in LOA 19 and the merger will proceed in the conventional manor. There is no attempt on the part of DALPA to run NWA as a subsiderary. The scope changes have nothing to do with allowing larger RJ's.
