I predict hiring will slow down dramatically, while our operation will ramp up even further. The optimizer will crank from 10 to 11, fatigue calls will skyrocket while also coming under more scrutiny, sick calls will come under more scrutiny, uniform police will be out in force (shut up OOfff about professionalism here), APU sheriffs will run around rampant, single-engine taxiing will be demanded and expected, and our next contract will be an awful battle.
