You had an R-ATP less than 6 months ago when you started at Breeze. You should now have enough hours to move on to an airline that's not on the brink of Ch 7.
My suggestion to you is that you find someone who actually understands corporate finance and have him/her read the One mile at a time article and ask their opinion. At this point, I wouldn't expect Breeze to make it to summer 2024 without another large (100M+) funding raise. And given the amount of capital Breeze has burned through to date, I'm not optimistic about them being able to raise much of anything.

I understand that this is your first airline and you're an 'all in' kool aid drinker at the moment, but the business model isn't working and I doubt that it can be fixed. You can ride Breeze into the ground or thank Breeze for the experience and move on. Your choice. At a minimum, update your resume.
