incredibly myopic. I hate to break it to you, but “soft pay” is where the money is . GS pay,
ADG credit, DH at full pay, rigs, sit pay, holiday pay, 0200 ‘carveout’ gone, Min day, and yes, reroute pay are all “soft pay”. Just because there is a small percentage where the company is currently being stupid (and they are) does not equate to soft pay “sucking”.
Tell you what, you send your “soft pay” to me, I’ll gladly deal with your ACE report like a debt consolidator.
