They have what is called job security. They sleep just fine at night, just keep bringing in the new hires. The previous post wondered how they must feel? They feel just fine. I have spoken to several instructors that all had the same comment. If you can’t reach a level of professional apathy knowing most of the people you train are going right out the door then you won’t do well in the training department. It bothers them. The ones that have been doing it for decades and making $500K per year simply don’t care anymore. They care about the quality of the job they do they just don’t care that Barry is driving the company into the earth. Maybe they reached their retirement goals and now their paychecks are just gravy on top. Who knows, but at some point it would bother anyone knowing the fruits of their efforts go right out the door because the company you work for doesn’t treat it’s people or its clients well at all.
