Depends on how late I finish up. If it's really late, I usually just go to my crashpad and fall asleep. If it's earlier, I will go for a run/bike ride and then eat dinner.
I used to do the beer drinking after getting home as mentioned but I've restricted that to one long overnight per trip and replaced it with exercise. I've lost 30 lbs since the first of the year. I like it better than going to bed with a buzz.
