The NEA was terrible timing. We had an opportunity during Covid to really gain market share in BOS/FLL but refocused everything to NYC, which ultimately had to be rolled back when the NEA died. I know hindsight is 20/20, but just a shame it worked the way it did.

That was our best shot at creating a fortress hub outside of the NK merger.
