As the title says, I talked with someone who I would consider VERY, VERY, reputable (someone who has a pilot job that everyone on here would envy) that Delta has or is going to have a program where they pay for a person's flight school in exchange for employment. It sounds extremely far-fetched and ridiculous to me considering today's environment, but nonetheless he said it. Has anyone else heard this? Evidently if it is true it is recent because he "read about it just the other day."
How does a UPS or FDX pilot know about DAL insider info?
Personally, I don't envy any other pilot's job out there because I'm where I want to be...even less so if they're in airline management.
