This may be off topic, but, how far out does UPS tend to staff/bid aircraft that are "planed" to be delivered (ie: 767s)? As a poolie, and an outsider, it seems like a waste of money and resources to displace a whole bunch of people in June (with training in the 3rd and 4th quarters), only to retrain them again in the 1st quarter next year when the 767s start showing up. Any thoughts Roberto?
