Ummmm...I think 'the Union' did do 'its job.' They forwarded to ALPA National the majority wishes of those FedEx (Union) members that took the time to contact their reps and vote in the survey that was conducted concerning this issue.
They expressed the wishes of the majority of the membership. Democracy is awesome, don't you think?
