The TC 8 will have cost us at least 6 months if not more of no negotiations. Thats 420 million out of our pockets and I wouldn't be supprised if we don't get back pay from the date we asked to be released.
We will get what we accept. No TA would be ratifiable with a draconian back pay freeze from release date. The biggest problem is the delay timing and how this probably sets up the company to delay through another peak then slow roll again in Jan.
