I actually don't totally disagree with you. They should fly more. That being said, I think I would rather have someone right now who is completely up to speed on what is going on and can just slide into that role. Glad it isn't going uncontested.
The base reps is where you really get your yang for their yin. Those guys should be 100 be holding the senior BOD members accountable and should be holding their feet to the fire. I agree that it is a little too chummy right now as evidenced by all the recent votes.
