Id actually prefer that no one “undies” me at this company. I’d assert 95% of the crew force is
united, but there will be always be the minority that thinks they know more than anyone else and those that choose to fly draft trips because they’re so much more important than all their other pilot brothers and sisters. Putting the onus to unite the pilot group on one individual is unrealistic.
