I do about half because why not? If someone's fragile ego can't handle going outside for 5 minutes and giving some winks and finger guns to the ground crew, they should probably do a little more self assessing in a reflective surface. Generally, I have jack and sh:t to do during the turn. If I get busy, then the other guy does it and sets the inside up while I slay the Dallas dragons. Easy peasy.
