I had a choice between here and UAL. I'm coming up on year 3 here now and I feel like I'm printing money....I also have a more flexible schedule with more days off than my buddies at UAL. That being said, when I interviewed I knew that this was the place I wanted to be for the aforementioned reasons and I made sure everyone sitting at the table across from me new that during each of the 3 interviews. I did not do any kind of professional prep, but aviationinterviews.com had a nice bank of questions that I went through and picked out 4 to 5 stories from my personal flying career to match the questions. What you need to focus on is not which company to use for prep, but why do YOU want to be at SWA. I have friends that have interviewed here and failed because they said that they heard from people how amazing SWA is so that's why they want to come here, but that answer doesn't cut it. Focus on the company history, future, and how you personally match our core values and you literally can't fail. The interview is conversational and I think someone already said it on here but they are looking to hire someone that Captains don't want to throat punch after a 4 day.
Good luck to all of you it's worth the wait!
