That's the point. He was actually trying. He was just lousy at it.

No wifi despite all other airlines (including Spirit) having it?
Building a network that flies to cities twice a week?
Removing the toll free # to contact the airline for legit issues (like refunds when the flight cancels and the next is in 4 days)?
Incentivizing the industry's lowest paid gate agents to charge customers for oversized bags?
A public video from the aircraft lavatory?
