OK, once upon a time, our nb reserves had 10 days off, but heck, once upon a time my 4th year copilot pay was 170/hr. Why live in the past? Our contract sucks but most here will agree it runs cirlces around any regional out there.
I've made it quite clear that I believe we have some good aspects and bad aspects, just like every carrier out there, but never have I said that as a whole our contract is better. I see how that came across and I have since retracted that to state otherwise.
What I don't like is you judging why I stay where I'm at. My family and QOL. I don't need the big metal and legacy. I don't judge you and why you are at United, but you have the audacity to judge me and why I'm at AWAC. Who are you to judge anyone. Comparing good and bad in contracts is not judging a person, so DO NOT judge me.
I'm happy that you have the career you want. Don't question me on why I'm happy where I'm at.
