R. main chocked, but not left.

P-brake off or bled down.

Most pax off, but enough bags/cargo still on to shift CG way after, lightening the load on the nosewheel, thus reducing it's static friction and resistance to sideforce.

Strong wind gust on the vert stab...nose wheel slides as airplane rotates around chocked wheel.
