Yes you certainly can. DALPA came up with a ratio method that disadvantaged every single NWA pilot. That takes a lot of imagination because a straight mathematical ratio would not have done that to every single NWA pilot. That much imagination takes time.
I know it's just a proposal and like the Moak/Stevens letter said the other day: 'this is negotaiation...don't go insane over what you are about to read. This is what both sides always do to each other.'
