the choke point will be the training center, we are already severly mismanned on the MD11, that system is taxed beyond its limit and with 10 more coming on property next year, I have no idea on how we will ever staff them
I know two people who are going to MIA for their 75/76 Capt upgrade training. I'm sure some of the other fleets will have to resort to offsite training locations as well.
