I truly feel for our brothers and sisters at Colgan. After talking to a lot of you in the LGA crew room and having a couple of buddies over there I really began to understand what a mickey mouse management ya'll have. When i heard that they were going to furlough without respect to seniority I really felt awful for all of your situations over there.
I sure hope you guys vote ALPA in, its not the best thing in the world by any stretch of the imagination and being at an ALPA carrier i sometimes wonder whether they really have my best interests or their bottom line at heart, but I really believe that it will at least get significantly better for the Colgan Pilot Group if you guys have representation with experience.
I had a professor in college tell me the only thing worse than a pilot union is not having one, and i think that is especially apt in this case.
