For those unfamiliar with the Café “Y”, it is also known as Coffee Shop “Y” (proper name), The 500 Yen Breakfast Place, and The Toast Lady. Nobody knows who found the place, but the Lady who runs it is big into the “Theater Arts” and there was a NWA 747 model hanging in the corner of a eating area that was no larger than a broom closet…so let your imagination run wild on how this place was found.
She is open Monday thru Saturday, and Hyperone is spot on with the directions and meal description. If you go one additional stop (5 stops, “Nakatsu”) it is closer, and you will come out of the subway behind the PIAS building. Come hungry, because there is a “TON” of food!!!
