UPS Lied
Just last month, convinently right after the announced TA, UPS and J. Barnes said they are going to hire 150 new pilots by the end of the year. Kind of gets everyone excited.
We'll the truth hurts. It looks like have hired 15 since that annoucement. And 6 of those were management! And they are on the record of hiring 24 more by November. So how the fluke does this add up 150?
This is what happens when you have a TA with huge productivity gains and all 40% of the MD-11 Captains eventually going backwards.
This doesn't really **** me off as much as the blatent lies from our management. They know full and well we will not hire 150 new hires by Dec. 31. This is how UPS and their cronies work.
