Not sure how the Reserve will fall out now that the R-day pay is going south, but I can say that ALL M11FO reserve lines for Jan were gone more senior than me, and I'm at about 600 from the bottom. I think that the guys who are padding their schedules must be more senior to have the ability to make it work.
