I used to fly there years ago and the avionics were minimal and primative at best. Does it really matter to you what kind of avionics they have? Is that a deciding factor in possibly accepting a job with them? When I was there, east coast bases, especially TEB, went junior. So you could expect as a newhire to be flying a twin with minimal avionics ( two nav-coms, and a transponder ) up and down the east coast corridor all night long trying to stay VFR so you can still make your delivery deadlines, all the while staying out of controlled and restricted airspace with your minimal avionics. It will make you a great seat of the pants, dead reckoning pilot who will soon realize that you don't really need all that fancy gear to navigate with.
