I dont care what UPS says about TECH automation. We are stuck in the dark ages in the Air Group. Nothing is real tiime on our company website, bidding, dropping/picking up trips, moving days, Fly no Pays etc is all done by hand and posted days later... Its utterly ridiculous and if I may say, the regional that I worked at before I came to UPS is light years ahead of UPS.
This is UPS re-inventing the wheel so that the manager that is in charge of the "TECH" department can have a "feather" to put in his/her cap to get promoted and make that all important "Bonus". Im sure there are many other programs out there that do what ever it is that UPS says they are gonna do with this program, but no one here could get credit for it, hence, lets re-invent the same wheel and call it something "innovative"
