Agreed. I'm overseas right now. Capital One is still "fee free" AFAIK with an accurate exchange rate. I just made a charge yesterday and if there's something new I'll report back. There are, obviously, fees for things like overlimit. etc. I did a lot of looking around in 2007 and it was the best deal - I think it still is.
