Upon closer analysis I learned that it was BM's "OPINION" that there should be no furloughs with volunteer LOA's, possible retirements, military leave etc. I laughed hysterically after that because in the past two years UPS has not listened to or done anything the IPA has suggested about staffing even when it would have saved them money. So why will they now?
