No, an additional 7% (or will it still be 6%?) will be placed in your B fund. And the total for (all in 2007) will be part of your total compensation towards your average earnings. I guess the deviation bank they are going to claim as taxable income will count towards average earnings as well, I wonder if it will bump the B fund contribution too.
