There is nothing about Compass itself to make it desirable other than those who are attracted to flying a shiny new E175. Well, I guess some consider the flow desirable, but that may yet turn out to be either a pipe dream or our worst nightmare.

This might not be the best place but I fly with a lot of ATA guys and not one of them is complaining as much as you guys. They lost their job and are now making 24 k a year. The know Compass could be better but they along with my self do not plan to be here forever. .

The talk that we wont be around next year is Ludicrous We are cheap and small. Management only cares about $$$. If our president is sucking they will replace him. Canceling 10-15 flights a is a small price to pay for cheap labor. We will be around by next year and probably be a little bigger than we are now.

I am extremely sad to hear about the FA. My wife also recently lost our son at 7 months of pregnancy and the Chief of MSP was extremely helpful. The way they treat our FA is horrible. They need a union with a voice.
