But you were asking what the FAA thought was legitimate to log. Those aren't my interpretations. Those are Mr. FAA's. The difference between "acting as PIC" and "logging PIC time" goes way, way back.

because 61.51 tells you to go there. 61.51 tells you you can log PIC when acting as PIC
in an operation that requires more than one pilot. Those other regs are telling you it's an operation that requires more than one pilot.
