Ed and Dee were hired on the same day into the customer service department of a large company that manufactures and markets $45 dollar products.
Equal Pay for Equal Work - "No Way!" says this jerk.

Monday through Friday, Ed and Dee each handle 100 customer calls per day.

During the holiday season, Ed and Dee each handle 150 customer calls per day.

Cindy, Ed and Dee's manager, reviewed Ed and Dee's performance during the year and noted:

5 percent of customers, on calls to Ed, made additional purchase orders with the company.

25 percent of customers that spoke with Dee made additional purchases with the company.

Cindy met separately with Ed and Dee and discussed their yearly performance, including the additional purchase information.

Cindy also discussed the (Removed Per APC Instruction) Guideline for Equal Work - Equal Pay.
