Thanks again for your replies. I like some of humor here. It seems to me that everytime I fly, the pilots on my plane are kind of serious... Also I rarely see a non gray haired (no offense to anyone) captain for a major airline except at some Int'l airports (mostly Asian Airlines).
Why can not airlines get rid of seniority system like everyone else? Just a thought (maybe a naive one)
